#3for3 Challenge

Get up for those who are down.

Each May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Hilinski’s Hope does a #3for3 Challenge to get up for those who are down. With this initiative, we’re working to break the stigma surrounding mental health and raise funds to increase resources for student athletes.

We’re kicking off on May 1st! Join us any day during May.

Spread the word and challenge your friends to speak out on the importance of mental health.
